Welcome to the Career, Standards & Assessment Services (CSAS) Team. The CSAS Team is part of the Division of Learning Services in the Kansas State Department of Education.  The work of the CSAS Team focuses largely on providing assistance to the field in the areas of instructional best practices, standards implementation, assessments, and school accountability.  Specifically, educational consultants on the CSAS team work in the flowing areas:  career and technical education, academic content standards, research and evaluation, state assessments, and student organizations.
