Virtual monitoring forms are now uploaded to the authenticated app and ready for directors to complete. If you are not being monitored, you just need to complete the demographic, assurance and professional development forms. If you are being monitored this year, you will complete the previous three forms and the program narrative form, along with setting up a time to meet with KSDE staff. ALL FORMS ARE DUE FRIDAY MARCH 31, 2023.
