Data Security and Privacy

Student and program level data are necessary for public, state and federal reporting and funding as well as school feedback reports. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Kansas Student Data Privacy Act (SDPA) guide data collection in the State of Kansas.
