The Kansas State Board of Education consists of 10 elected members, each representing a district comprised of four contiguous senatorial districts. Board members serve four-year terms with an overlapping schedule. Five positions will be up for election in November -- Districts 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Candidate filing information is available from the Kansas Secretary of State's Office.
