New Graduation Requirements Presentation (PPT)
Opportunity for Input: As the work of the Graduation Requirements Task Force narrows toward a more concrete, operational product for student success, input from stakeholders becomes a vital part of the process.
The Task Force was established in June 2021 to complete a comprehensive evaluation of Kansas high school graduation requirements in order to better meet the needs of students in the 21st century and reach the State Board's vision to lead the world in the success of each student. Jim McNiece, State Board Member, and Jarred Fuhrman, Principal at Basehor-Linwood High School, co-chair the Task Force.
Meetings will primarily be conducted virtually. Agendas and meeting materials are posted below.
