The 2009-2010 KIDS TITL Collection will open on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 and will close on Thursday, January 12, 2010.
The KIDS TITL Collection focuses on gathering student data for districts eligible for REAP funding, ESOL or immigrant students for Title III funding, and homeless students for federal reporting. To prepare your school or district's TITL submissions, we encourage you to visit the Documents page on our website and access the following resources:
  • KIDS 2009-2010 Submission Details Document-TITL
  • KIDS 2009-2010 File Specifications Document
  • Guidelines for Reporting Homeless Students
Important changes have been made to the KIDS submission process for the 2009-2010 year and we encourage new and experienced users to review the following resources available on the Documents page that explain the new submission process for updating core student data and retrieving state student identification numbers:
  • KIDS Step-by-Step Submission Instructions
  • KIDS 2009-2010 User's Guide
