Kansas Curricular Standards for Science
The Kansas Science Education Standards include indicators marked with a delta (▲). These indicators will be assessed annually on the Kansas science assessment beginning with the 2007-2008 school year.
Tested indicators at 4th grade, 7th grade, and high school levels build upon standards from previous years. Awareness of the indicators leading up to each level is beneficial to the overall developmental capacity of instructional planning and student learning.
