About Streaming Media
As of the February 2015 Board meeting, KSDE will be using YouTube streaming, embedded in the KSDE Streaming page.
Archived Events and Board Meetings
KSDE LiveMedia streaming through YouTube can support a significant number of users. The quality and availability of the broadcast is normally limited by the network at the recording site and the viewers' location. In most cases the broadcast will be recorded and posted to the KSDE website after editing; contact email@example.com or the meeting hosts for details.
If you have questions during live broadcasts please email firstname.lastname@example.org as the camera crew cannot take calls. For other inquiries, including testing, please call Nik during normal business hours at (785) 296-4961 or email him at email@example.com
For various reasons, not all media events are streamed. Please contact the meeting hosts for details. A meeting does not have to be streamed to comply with KOMA (Kansas Open Meeting Act).
Windows Media Player / MAC Users / VLC Media Player
Windows Media Player is no longer used or recommended for viewing KSDE LiveMedia. YouTube is available on multiple platforms through normal internet browsers. If there are difficulties using YouTube services, please visit Google's help site for YouTube.
