The Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) will open Oct. 1. Districts should validate data across all K-12 levels between now and Oct. 1 to ensure accurate reporting for the DGSR.

If you missed the Sept. 29 Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) question and answer session with DGSR and KIDS staff members, it can be found at Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) (ksde.org). There is a link to the slide deck presented and a checklist of items to be considered when looking at the data for the DGSR.
Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) staff members will be available from 10 a.m. to noon via Zoom on Thursday mornings through Oct. 26 to answer questions about Kansas Individual Data on Students (KIDS) reporting.

The Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR) will be opening Oct. 1. To prepare for this, it is suggested that districts review their data between now and then to check for inaccuracies that will complicate reporting for the DGSR.
