Three options available for 2023-2024 KESA Peer Reviews

Three options available for 2023-2024 KESA Peer Reviews

Peer collaboration, when done well, is a critical component to continuous improvement. For the 2023-2024 school year, all systems have three options for a peer review (formerly OVT). During this Learning Year for KESA, as a transition, systems have the following options for a peer review:

  1. Regional Peer Review
  2. Traditional Peer Review
  3. Like-system Peer Review

(see photo)

Each system is expected to participate and engage in at least one peer review session during the 2023-2024 school year to discuss their current state in both student data and the Four Fundamentals. Click here for a sample agenda for a Peer Review session this year.
