Accreditation regulations authorize state-approved local education agencies (LEAs) to apply for waivers to extend the number of days an individual can serve on a substitute teaching license.
Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) staff members will be available to answer questions and help out with Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) topics via Zoom from 10-10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 22.
Systems have until June 30 to submit and correct chronic absentee data via the End of the Year Assessment (EOYA) record.
