Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) staff members will be available to answer questions and help out with Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) topics via Zoom from 10-10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 22.

ESSER reminders are: 

• A completed Equipment Purchase Form is required for equipment over $5,000 per item. The Equipment Purchase Form can be found at the following link on KSDE’s website: https://www.ksde.org/Portals/0/Title/LCP/EquipmentPurchaseForm.pdf. 
• An approval letter is required for all districts completing capital improvement projects with ESSER funds. A few examples of capital improvement projects are touchless sinks, water bottle fillers, and HVAC upgrades or replacements.
