KSDE’s Teacher Licensure team offers information on professional development plans expiring July 31

Twenty-nine Kansas school districts/systems and service centers have professional development plans that expire Monday, July 31. 

These districts/systems and service centers must email a copy of or access to their revised PD plan on or before Aug. 1 to Ed Kalas, education program consultant for the KSDE’s Teacher Licensure team, at ekalas@ksde.org

Beginning with this year’s review cycle, the chair of each district’s or system’s Professional Development Committee must be part of the KSDE review process. 

PD plans for the following districts/systems expire on July 31:
