PROCESSING - Your file is moving through the internal review stage of processing. Once this review stage is complete, you will be notified if additional documentation is needed OR the license will be issued.
PROG RPT - A Progress Report has been received for a Restricted License and may need additional supporting documentation.
PURGED - The application was canceled due to lack of response to an app refer or failure to meet the licensure requirements within the 90 day holding period. Contents of the file are shredded and a "not active" status will be designated for the file.
RC REFER - Licensure Review Committee paperwork has been sent to the applicant.
REFUND - Waiting for Refund.
REISSUE - This status code is used only in the case where a license had been previously issued, printed, the status returned to "not active" and the license is being reprinted due to an error on the license.
REV COM - The applicant has submitted an application for a Licensure Review Committee appeal. The file will be in the Licensure Review Committee file drawer. If an applicant already has a file folder and has been sent Licensure Review Committee paperwork but has not yet submitted the application, the file will show an app refer and will be in the pending drawer. If the applicant does not respond within 90 days, the file will be purged.
REVIEW - Your application is being reviewed.
SENTBACK - As a result of a prescreening process, the entire application packet has been returned to the applicant because of incomplete information.
SH - Your file is assigned to Susan Helbert for processing. Files are processed in the order received.
TL - Your application has been received by Teacher Licensure. Files are processed in the order received.
WAIV REF - An application for a waiver has been received. The waiver has been recommended for approval by the State Board.
