1: KSDE offices closed in observance of New Year’s.

1-March 4: Educator Data Collection System open for submission of Licensed Personnel Report (LPR).

5: Deadline for test coordinators to submit requests for accommodations for ACT.

5: Deadline to submit accommodations requests for ACT through the Test Accessibility and Accommodations System (TAA). It takes time for approval, so please submit requests early.

8: 1-2 p.m., webinar for fiscal year 2023 annual reporting survey for Elementary and Secondary Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds. This webinar won’t be recorded.

15: KSDE offices closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

15: 5 p.m. 2024-2025 Kansas Preschool Pilot grant applications due.

17: 1 p.m. FERPA 101. The U.S. Department of Education, through the Student Privacy Policy Office's Privacy Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), will conduct an introductory presentation on the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the principal federal law protecting students' privacy. To register, click here.
