Don’t miss the opportunity to attend two and a half days of high-quality professional learning at the Great Ideas in Education Conference – The ART of Teaching Conference, Oct. 19-21 in Wichita.

Attendees will have opportunities to network and learn from colleagues and guest speakers.

Kansas Commissioner of Education Dr. Randy Watson will present “Kansans Can: Celebrating the Success of Our School Districts and Challenges for the Future.”

There are 50 breakout sessions featuring strands on how Kansas educators and leaders are implementing innovative strategies in their schools.

There are three nationally recognized keynote speakers – William Parrett and Kathleen Budge, Steven Bollar and Dr. Rosemarie Allen.

Parrett and Budge will share the message “Uncommon Sense, Uncommon Success: Turning Any High-Poverty School into a High-Performing School.” Steven Bollar’s message is “Standing Tall Through It All,” and Allen’s message will address early childhood education with programs that are developmentally and culturally appropriate.
