Why should you join Apollo 3?

  • Redesign empowers the teacher voice by providing the tools and processes needed so all teachers can play an active role in the decision making process.

    • Specifically, teachers will have the opportunity to innovate and explore ways they can transform their role and practice leading to greater job satisfaction and increased teacher collective efficacy.

  • Redesign allows you and your stakeholders to collaboratively invest in the work being done so that ownership can be shared and so that initiatives and strategies can be intentionally aligned and supported.

  • By engaging in the Redesign Plan Year, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, establish your core values, and have time and space to reflect and celebrate successes.
