KSDE Mentor Program web application now open

The KSDE Mentor Program web application is currently open to qualifying Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) that entered mentor teachers by Sept. 25, 2023.  At this time, the LEA will do the following:

  1. Verify and edit (if necessary) the list of MENTORS.
  2. Enter MENTEES.
  3. Assign mentors to mentees.
  4. Submit the request.

Directions for each part of the report are on the respective pages.

For more information visit Mentoring Stipend (ksde.org) on the KSDE website. Requirements for LEAs, mentors, and mentees can be found at Stipend for Mentors of Classroom Teachers. Please note: Starting in the 2024-2025 school year, there is an additional requirement that LEAs submit their Licensed Personnel Report by the deadline to qualify for mentor stipends.

For questions about mentor stipends, contact Leslie Bruton at lbruton@ksde.org or (785) 296–8011.
