This week designated as Standards for Professional Learning Week

April 2023 marks one year since Learning Forward released revised Standards for Professional Learning. Since then, educators have learned about standards through webinars, networks and professional learning communities, as well as how to use standards tools.

As a result, Learning Forward has established April 24-28 as Standards for Professional Learning Week, according to Standards Week 2023 (learningforward.org)

This week is an open invitation for educators at all levels to continue their learning journeys and deepened their knowledge of high-quality professional learning that changes practice. Standards Week is also an opportunity to support equitable, sustained funding that ensures access for all educators to participate in high-quality professional learning.
