Kansas State Board of Education members on Sept. 30-Oct. 2 will visit Liberal Unified School District 480, Garden City USD 457 and Dighton USD 482 during a western Kansas trip.

Schools in Liberal and Dighton are currently in the Kansans Can School Redesign Project. Local chamber offices in Liberal and Garden City will host business roundtables as part of the itinerary. The purpose of the trip is to support redesign efforts, promote the Kansans Can vision, connect the State Board to business and education leadership and learn from the communities.
