2020 Kansas State Department of Education Redesign Conference, October

SCHOOL REDESIGN MERCURY 7GEMINI IGEMINI IIAPOLLOAPOLLO IINEWS VIDEOS APPLICATION REDESIGN CONFERENCE 2020

Welcome to the Virtual Redesign Conference page!

During the month of October, we encourage educators across Kansas to utilize this page to enhance their own professional learning. Use this page to learn from your peers about Kansans Can Redesign: the process, the principles, and the conditions.

In Redesign, we utilize the process of Design Thinking in conjunction with The Four Disciplines of Execution (McChesney, Covey, and Huling, 2012).

All of the work done in Kansans Can Redesign is to be rooted in our Four Redesign Principles: Student Success Skills, Real World Application, Family/Business/Community Partnerships, and Personalized Learning.

Lastly, in order to be effective, you must have the proper conditions: Shared Leadership and Collaborative Culture.
