Using Custom Rubrics with the KEEP2 Web Application

The new KEEP2 Web Application can include custom rubrics.  This allows a district to send KSDE rubrics to use to evaluate educators and other personnel and provides a uniform evaluation process for all staff.

Districts can utilize KEEP rubrics (teacher, building leader and district leader), or a district may submit custom rubrics, or they may use any combination.  For example, a district may elect to use the KEEP rubrics for building and district leaders but submit their own rubrics for teachers, school psychologists, speech pathologists, counselors, special education teachers, and library/media specialists.  This allows the flexibility to utilize specialized rubrics for various positions but provides one cohesive software application for all educators and personnel to learn and utilize.

Contact evaluation@ksde.org for more information or to request the use of KEEP2 Web Application with custom rubrics.
