Through March 4: Educator Data Collection System open now through March 4 for submission of License Personnel Report. 

12: Submission deadline for fiscal year 2023 annual reporting survey for Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds. 

12: Deadline to enroll students for paper WorkKeys and for ACT paper and online in the Student Data Upload Header Template. 

12: Submission deadline for KSDE AEOP Margaret Van Horn Scholarship. The 2024 application can be found on the KSDE AEOP website at https://www.ksde.org/AEOP-Page.

17: 1 p.m., FERPA 101. First session in the KSDE Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Professional Development Webinar Series. The U.S. Department of Education, through the Student Privacy Policy Office’s Privacy Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), will conduct this introductory presentation on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy ACT (FERPA), which is a federal law protecting students’ privacy. 22: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. KSDE’s Kansas Individual Data on Students (KIDS) Training Session. Fort Larned USD 495 District Office, 120 E. 6th St. in Larned. To register, visit the KSDE Training Portal.  

22: Deadline to submit application for KDHE school bus award offered through the Kansas Clean Diesel Program. For more information on the submission process or the program, click here. 22: 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Kansas Individual Data on Students (KIDS) training, Fort Larned USD 495 District Office, 120 E. 6th St. in Larned. To register, visit the KSDE Training Portal. You must have an account to register. Upon login, click KIDS and KIDS Training to access courses. The course will focus on using KIDS data, understanding submission types and methods and be more hands-on than in previous years.

31: submission deadline for Application Text-to-Speech checklists for students who are blind, visually impaired or a nonreader to receive text-to-speech for the English language arts passages on the Kansas assessment. District test coordinators must submit all applications in one PDF to TTSnonvisual@ksde.org
