Educator Data Collection System (EDCS) now closed for 2022-2023 report submissions

The Educator Data Collection System (EDCS) is now closed for the 2022-2023 Licensed Personnel Report (LPR) and Spring Vacancy Report submissions. 

“We would like to thank all of you for your help in collecting this important information,” said Leslie Bruton, data systems coordinator for the Kansas State Department of Education’s (KSDE) Teacher Licensure team. “EDCS will open again in the fall for the Fall Vacancy Report submission, which will be due on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023.” 

Watch for more information closer to the fall opening date.
