Registration is now open to attend the Fall 2019 Safe and Supportive Schools Conference on September 23 and 24 in Wichita. It is co-sponsored by the Kansas Association of Education Service Agencies (KAESA) and the Kansas State Department of Education - Safe and Secure Schools Unit. This conference is designed to assist schools with the process of implementing the Safe and Supportive Schools Initiative.

Target audience: USD administrators, administrative teams, teachers, counselors, technology directors, school resource officers and other school employees. The conference presentations, facilitated discussions, and collaboration time will focus on promoting high levels of conversation.

The keynote speaker will be the renowned national speaker, Dr. Stephen Sroka. Dr. Sroka is well known as The Power of One motivational speaker who integrates cutting edge research with reality based strategies about education, life skills and kindness to help you Make a Difference in schools, communities and lives.
