Endorsement is highest designation a program can earn
Nineteen Parents as Teachers programs in Kansas have been designated Blue Ribbon Affiliates by the Parents as Teachers National Center, the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) announced.
The Kansas Board of Regents and Kansas State Department of Education are in the process of implementing the new Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) in Kansas.
