Save the date: Bethany College to host Education Conference in April

The Innovative Next Steps in Pre-K-12 Learning Education Conference will take place April 13 at Bethany College and will feature several leaders in education.

Presenters include Stephanie Stindt, James Baker, Beth Clevenna-Deane and Mary Ellen Hodge.

The registration fee of $40 for teachers and $10 for high school students includes lunch. It is the only cost unless attendees are seeking college credit, which is available for $150 per credit hour (total of two credit hours).

Numerous topics will be highlighted, including student self-efficacy, science of reading, rethinking grading, personalized learning, choice making and goal setting, structured teaching, increasing student engagement, information literacy model and more.
