If your district/system is on the list of PD Plans that expire on 7/31/2023 below, please use the PD Plan Template and Guidance for finalizing your updated plan, which is due to KSDE by 8/1/2023. You may begin turning in your plans starting April 1, 2023. To better distribute the plan review workload, KSDE moved some of the expiration dates forward by one year if they still would be within the 5-year period after the State Board of Education approved them.

The pdf below contains the most current informaton about due dates or the current status of PD Plans. 

If a date is listed under the "Revised Plan Due Date or Current Status" column, that is when the revised plan for the next cycle must be submitted to KSDE for review. Otherwise, KSDE is currently reviewing a plan or the district/system is revising its process. "Revising its process" could include neededing some KSDE technical assitance, KSDE verifying documentation in its records, or some other activity. 

All PD Plans are currently under KESA Compliance. If they are listed with a non-expired date, they are "Fully" Compliant. Otherwise, they are "Working on Compliance".
