AmeriCorps Program Director Pre-Conference Performance Measurement Workshop-October 24, 2012
This workshop will provide information on current CNCS directions in performance measurement (PM) and strategies and implications of selecting agency-wide performance measures; theory of change and identification of strong performance measures; performance measurement basics including alignment; and insuring strong PM data collection and aggregation to increase confidence and “the power of your program’s story” for reporting and engaging with stakeholders.
