Routine information technology operational maintenance occurs the third Sunday of each month from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. During this time, servers, operating systems and server applications such as enterprise applications, authenticated applications, public web pages, extranet, etc. will be unavailable. In addition, networking and telecommunications systems, including voice, video and data communications, LAN/WAN/WLAN, Internet, and other services that require network access such as employee portal, email, OWA, team drives, home drives, etc. will also be unavailable.
