Kansas Gifted History

The fundamental principle that should guide the development of all educational programs, including those designed for students with advanced learning needs, is that ample opportunities should be provided to allow students to realize their full potential.

This section provides a look back at the past perspectives, purposes, and principles that have laid the foundation for gifted education in Kansas.
