Step 1 - Register for a Login

Before you can fill-out and submit you application you must register a user name and password. To register, do the following:

1. Access the authenticated applications website
2. Click on the "Register" button to display the "KSDE User Registration Form"
3. Follow the steps to complete the registration process

Step 2 - Complete the Application Form 1

To complete your application, do the following:

1. Access the authenticated applications website
2. Enter your user name and password, then click the "Login" button.  NOTE: If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Your Password? " link and answer the questions.
3. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the "KSDE Web Applications" page. Click on the "License Application" menu option to access Form 1 - Initial License or Added Endorsement.
4. Fill in the Form.
5. If you want to keep a copy of your application form for your files, choose the print button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 - Submit the Completed Form to Your University

1. Choose the submit button at the bottom of the page when you are ready to submit. Your application will be sent to your university to complete the process. When the college / university completes their part, they will forward it to KSDE.

Step 4 - Submit Application Fee to KSDE

1. As soon as your college / university submits your completed application to KSDE, you will be notified by email with complete instructions on how to submit the application fee.

You will be able to pay by electronic check OR credit card OR with a paper check OR money order

 

 IMPORTANT NOTE:
An application is not acceptable without the fee and will not be processed until the fee is received.
