Technology Plan Submission

The Technology Plan portal is accessed through the Authenticated Application login for District users. We suggest reading the Technology Plan User's Guide (2013) prior to getting started as it contains information that will be included in your submitted plan.

User Name / Password: If you already have a login at the District level, choose "Manage My Account" and add the Technology Plan application to your list. When you request this application an email will go to your Superintendent for approval.

If you do not already have a login for Authenticated Applications you will need to register as a new user. If you have trouble signing in, contact the Helpdesk at 785-296-7935 as they may have some suggestions for common issues.

Revising Your Plan: If you have been conditionally approved and your plan requires revision you will access the plan through the same login. Once the Plan has been approved it is locked and only the printed version can be edited for compliance.

Editing/Saving: This application process is editable until you hit "submit". You may save your work in progress and leave an unfinished application online as long as you need to. Once you hit "submit" your work should be complete.

Time Out Feature: Authenticated Application logins are set to time out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Please save your work before you leave your station.
