Who can use KEEP?
All teachers who have a Kansas teacher license will be in the EDCS data base and able to use the KEEP Evaluation System and Repository. Other professional staff such as nurses, school psychologists, speech pathologists, etc. who do not hold teacher licenses, but do hold other types of state licenses, will be evaluated using the same evaluation processes that they have used in the past.
